- Collecting relevant information on-board for a prompt reporting to Principals in regard to the nature and extent of the damage, the nature and quantum of repairs, and the estimated time and cost
of repairs,
- Applying our technical expertise and experience on assisting fleet Manager / Technical Superintendent in order to minimise cost and time of repairs, and
- Reviewing casualty circumstances and possible cause of damage for an efficient case resolution.
